Spicy Shredded Chicken Spread Sandwich

1 tsp Nando’s Hot Sauce (or your favorite hot sauce)

Step 1: Cook the Chicken
- Boil the chicken cubes in a small amount of water until fully cooked.
- Add onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and dried parsley to the water while boiling.
- Once the chicken is fully cooked, let the water evaporate, leaving only about 1 tablespoon behind to keep the chicken moist.
- While warm, shred the chicken finely for easy mixing.

Step 2: Prepare the Spread
- Add mayonnaise, Sriracha, mustard, and Nando’s Hot Sauce to the shredded chicken.
- Mix well, adding the sauces gradually and tasting as you go to achieve your desired flavor balance.

Step 3: Assemble the Sandwich
- Take two slices of bread. On one slice, spread a mixture of mayonnaise and Sriracha.
- On the other slice, spread a layer of salted butter.
