The combination of ginger’s warmth, mint’s coolness, and the tangy lemon creates the perfect balance—ideal for quenching thirst on a hot day or simply winding down. It’s a simple yet flavorful drink that’s as satisfying as it is easy to make. Enjoy it chilled, and feel the freshness with every sip!
Ingredients:
Water: 2 cups
Sugar: 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon
Salt: ⅓ teaspoon (mix of regular salt and black salt)
Pepper: a pinch
Ginger: ¼ inch piece
Mint leaves: 3-4 fresh leaves
Ice cubes: as needed
Method:

1.Grind the ingredients:
In a blender, grind the sugar, ginger, and mint leaves into a smooth paste.
2.Mix it up:
In a pitcher, mix the ginger-mint paste with water. Stir well to dissolve the sugar.
