This Mint lemonade is my go-to for a refreshing burst of flavor, especially when I want something light and revitalizing. The combination of ginger’s warmth, mint’s coolness, and the tangy lemon creates the perfect balance—ideal for quenching thirst on a hot day or simply winding down. It’s a simple yet flavorful drink that’s as satisfying as it is easy to make. Enjoy it chilled, and feel the freshness with every sip!

Ingredients:

Water: 2 cups

Sugar: 1 teaspoon

Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon

Salt: ⅓ teaspoon (mix of regular salt and black salt)

Pepper: a pinch

Ginger: ¼ inch piece

Mint leaves: 3-4 fresh leaves

Ice cubes: as needed

Method:

1.Grind the ingredients:

In a blender, grind the sugar, ginger, and mint leaves into a smooth paste.

2.Mix it up:

In a pitcher, mix the ginger-mint paste with water. Stir well to dissolve the sugar.

3.Add the flavors:

Stir in the salt, black salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

4.Serve chilled:
