Ingredients:
Oats: 5 tbsp
Yogurt: 3 tbsp
Sweetener (Honey/Maple syrup/Sugar): 1 tsp (adjust to taste)
Cinnamon powder: 1 tsp
Baking powder: 1/2 tsp
Apple: 1 tbsp, grated
Apple: 1 tbsp, chopped
Vanilla essence (optional): 1/4 tsp
A pinch of salt (optional, to balance flavors)
Method
1. Mix the ingredients:
In a mini ovenproof dish or bowl, combine oats, yogurt, sweetener, cinnamon powder, baking powder, grated apple, and vanilla essence (if using). Mix well until it forms a thick batter.
2.Add chopped apples:
Gently fold in the chopped apple pieces into the mixture for added texture.

3.Transfer to dish:
Spread the batter evenly in the dish. If you like, sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon or a few chopped nuts (like almonds or walnuts) on top for an extra crunch.
4.Bake, microwave, or air fry:
Oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the bake is set.
Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 160°C (320°F). Cook for 12–15 minutes, checking for doneness.
Microwave: Cook on high for 3–4 minutes, or until the center is set.

5.Cool and serve:
Allow it to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy it warm as is, or drizzle with a little more honey/maple syrup for extra sweetness.
Optional Additions/Variations:
- Add a handful of chopped nuts or raisins to the batter for more flavor.
- Sprinkle some granola or crushed nuts on top for a crispy topping.
- Serve with a dollop of yogurt or a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a dessert-like twist.
