Chilli Paneer

Ingredients
300 gms paneer, cubed
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped ginger
2 onions, diced
1 capsicum, diced
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp chili powder
Salt, to taste
Oil for frying and sautéing
2 tbsp cornflour (for coating)
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
½ tsp vinegar
½ cup water
Spring onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:

1.Prepare the Paneer:
Toss the paneer cubes with salt, chili powder, and cornflour. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

2.Sauté the Aromatics:
In another pan, heat 2-3 tbsp of oil. Add chopped garlic and ginger. Sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.

3.Add Vegetables:
Toss in the diced onions and capsicum. Stir-fry on high heat for about a minute until slightly softened but still crunchy.

4.Make the Sauce:
Add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, and vinegar to the pan. Stir everything together, then add ½ cup water to create the sauce.

5.Thicken and Serve:
Add the fried paneer cubes to the sauce. Dissolve a little cornflour in water (if needed for more thickness) and stir it in to thicken the sauce. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
